Inversion update

 - Changed the way how inversion data is loaded: `invert_psi_dict` now only does the inversion, `get_psi_dict_inversion` now takes its previous job.
 - Added some more functions for inversion of single and regional data.
 - Incorporated handling of other gpkg types with different table names.
 - Added a cmd arg for overwriting.
