Updated reporting and fixed some issues: 

- Sanitize special LaTeX characters
- Removed basemaps for geology, hydrogeology and soil maps.
- Function for LaTeX toolchain and added more to list of auxiliary files.
- lowered DPI for plots
- Added option for changing titles and separated image generation by suffix.
