Functions now completely empty to be used by endusers for their special functions. Contents were placed in corresponding files

Restructured order of WZLTemplate.cls to better fit the structure of the document that is being rendered. WORKS.

Further unravel the secrets of this cls file. Until this point, nothing was damaged. Proceed with upmost care.
