Rework Visual representation + add private/public projects

Changed the visual representation of a project to reflect the latest
changes in SOIL, such as Parameter/Measurement types being replaced
by a Variable type, as well as the ability to override names/descriptions
of SOIL elements or assigning an initial value to component parameters.
Also implemented the Frontend part of the project management associated
with creating/deleting private/local/public projects.
