Update for final reporting

 - Did some housekeeping, like missing imports, fixing setup, etc.
 - Moved some plotting functions to u4ax
 - Changed the way legends are plotted
 - Updated geological map plot to new specifications
 - Added the possibility to include more options in a u4project
 - Added typing information for config
