Some fixes for webservices and plots:

 - Fixed a bug causing a missing folder
 - Fixed warnings for empty geodataframes
 - Added client description to restapi calls
 - Fixed the PSI timeseries plot
 - Fixed the scalebar placement
 - Added fallback if internal server is unreachable
 - Minor formatting changes
