Issue89 bug loading old teaser

Solves #89 (closed) and introduces a Unittest for loading old Teaser files (very basic, only compares the net_leased_area with the sum of the zone_area). Also changes the setting of the net_leased_area when loading newteaser xmls to be able to load xmls with only the basic data in it.
