Check Motor and Drive AAS consistency with parent AAS (TUDa Motor, TUDa Wechselrichter)

Some inconsistence in type and instance shells was mentioned.

Needs checking:

• Definition of ConceptDescriptions (CD) in the root Type AAS (TUDa Motor, TUDa Wechselrichter)
• Definition of DataTypes in the root AAS
  • DataTypes in SM TechnicalData
  • DataTypes in ConceptDescriptions
• Inheritance of root CD in the “subtype” Type AAS provided by manufacturers
• Definition of CD for newly introduced concepts in “subtype” AAS
• Inheritance of root and custom CD in instanced AAS
• Consistency of DataTypes in “subtype” and instance AAS

This is related to #1 (closed) and #2 so might as well try to resolve them during checking.
