AixLib Export for Release 0.2.0

As discussed today we need to do the following for Export for the release:

• Implement AHU in the Model Export
• check if we are using right calculation for export
• testing, testing, testing
• Bug when thermal zone name contains whitespaces

This is a gathered issue for #13 (closed), #16 (closed), #50 (closed),#67 (closed)
