Bug Display the correct net_leased_area

If a building is loaded the net_leased_area isn't displayed correct:

• Revise the load function in TEASER (delete line with setting the net_leased_area of the building)

If a thermal zone is deleted the net_leased_area doesn't change. Here we need to find a good solution. Perhaps with a delete statement, or with the change of the thermal zones list we can delete the right and also change the net_leased_area:

• Implement the correct net_leased_area when deleting zones
