TABULA Sweden Archetypes

What is our Problem?

• Currently we only have archetypes and type building elements for germany

Why do we want to solve it?

• to also have archetypes following the accepted TABULA approach for Sweden (including single and multi familiy dwellings)
• to make TEASER more attractive for other people
• to have a good TABULA infrastructure to enable other researchers to also include other countries

How do we want to solve it?

• Create new package for TABULA archetypes including
• For each TABULA building type create one class
• change calculation and estimation factors if needed
• include living area to facade area ratio into these classes
• define proper type building elements in a new XML
  • chose material from MASEA data base
  • chose material thickness of each layer based on U-Values
  • also include refurbished and advanced refurbished
• change API functions for TABULA buildings
• change DataClass to also load TABULA information
• change retrofit function in order to use information from TABULA if wanted
• integrate interior walls (probably taken from iwu statistics, any better ideas?)
• create table for wiki with TABULA constructions
